Principal Product Manager

About the role

The Principal Product Manager will own the vision and strategy for In‑Flight solutions within the Flightscape portfolio. Based in Dubai, you will align business objectives with customer needs across multiple Agile Release Trains and drive product outcomes through cross‑functional leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the In‑Flight solutions portfolio.
• Collaborate with product, portfolio, technology and platform teams to shape the overall Flightscape strategy.
• Lead and mentor Product Owners, Product Managers, Train Product Managers, Product Marketing, UX, Engineering and Architecture teams.
• Build relationships with airline customers, represent the organisation at industry events and gather market insights.
• Analyse industry trends, identify investment opportunities and support product discovery activities.
• Establish continuous feedback loops, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Define measurable business objectives, monitor performance indicators and manage a virtual profit‑and‑loss view.
• Support sales readiness and enablement in partnership with Product Marketing and Customer Engagement teams.
• Participate actively in SAFe Programme Increment planning and other key ceremonies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Aviation or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy or a closely related discipline.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross‑functional product teams in a SAFe Agile environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging airline customers and industry forums.
