Principal / Senior Red Team Services Consultant – Remote (UAE/KSA)

About the role

The Senior Consultant will lead a team dedicated to performing Red Team activities that simulate known threat actors, helping CrowdStrike customers assess impact and likelihood across the Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK framework. This role coordinates with senior leadership, plans and oversees assessments, and mentors less‑experienced red team members.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for coordination and execution of Red Team and penetration testing engagements.
• Develop comprehensive reports with mitigation strategies for both management and technical audiences.
• Organise resources to assess operating systems, applications, databases and network infrastructure for threats.
• Provide guidance to operational teams during large‑scale crisis scenarios and production outages.
• Lead and support the improvement of customers' information security programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Red Team or penetration testing activities.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably mentoring junior red team members.
• Active participation in the security community (e.g., conference speaking, tool development).
• Advanced experience with security assessment toolsets such as Metasploit, NMAP, Cobalt Strike, Nessus, and Burp Suite.
• Desirable certifications include OSCP, GPEN, OSCE, GCIH, GXPN.
