About the role
The Printing Operator will work on the production floor of Napco National Packaging in Dubai, preparing and running printing jobs according to factory job tickets and customer specifications. The role involves setting up machines, handling inks, and ensuring quality throughout the production run.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare the next job based on the Factory Job Ticket (FJT) provided by the Team Leader.
- Load the correct inks, install printing plates and blankets, and set machine parameters according to work instructions.
- Perform color matching and adjust machine settings to meet client shade requirements.
- Conduct quality control checks, provide samples for inspection, and maintain parameters until job completion.
- Monitor the printing process for impression, registration, and ink properties, and keep the machine and premises clean.
