Private Banking Service Specialist (UAE National)

About the role

The Specialist in Private Banking Service supports Relationship Managers and their high‑net‑worth clients by handling basic banking product requests and managing account documentation. This role ensures smooth execution of transactions, compliance with bank policies, and high‑quality client service within the Private Banking unit.

Key responsibilities

• Process client requests for basic banking services such as transfers, cheque clearing, cash transactions, and fixed‑deposit operations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Compliance and other departments to execute client instructions under RM supervision.
• Maintain client confidentiality, prepare and verify documentation (IOSIR, compliance forms, account opening forms) and ensure accuracy before submission.
• Communicate directly with clients on minor operational matters and assist senior team members as needed.
• Apply appropriate checks and controls in line with bank policies and support audit‑ready evidence.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking or a related field.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of banking experience, preferably in a customer‑care or service environment.
• Advanced knowledge of basic banking products and associated operational processes.
• Good understanding of compliance, due‑diligence and anti‑money‑laundering regulations.
• Attention to detail and a professional customer‑service attitude.
