Private Banking Services Specialist

About the role

Emirates NBD, a leading financial services brand in the UAE and across the MENAT region, is hiring a Specialist in Private Banking Services in Dubai. The specialist supports Relationship Managers and client services within Private Banking, handling client requests for basic banking products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers (1-2) in the day-to-day management of client relationships.
• Manage client accounts and process basic banking transactions such as transfers, cheque clearing, cash transactions, and opening, closing and renewal of fixed deposits.
• Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Compliance, Legal and other departments to support Relationship Managers in executing client instructions.
• Apply appropriate checks and controls in line with bank policy under the Lead's supervision.
• Communicate directly with clients on operational matters and call-back confirmations, ensuring confidentiality and keeping client records.
• Prepare basic documentation (e.g., IOSIR, compliance, account opening forms) and ensure accurate information before submission to operations.
• Handle service requests, raise them to other departments and follow up on progress.
• Place trade orders on Moxy for buying and selling investment instruments and coordinate with investment advisors on investment transactions.
• Assist senior team members, help Relationship Managers with annual reviews and document collection, and send transaction copies for archival.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking or financial industry.
• Experience in the framework and business etiquette of MENA markets.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of basic banking products and services and their operational processes.
• Understanding of compliance, due diligence and anti-money laundering acts, and standard banking procedures.
