Private Dining Waiter/Waitress at Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the distinguished private dining team at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island, a flagship eco‑conscious resort in Abu Dhabi. As a Private Dining Waiter/Waitress you will deliver an exceptional, unobtrusive service experience to discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Discuss food and wine selections with guests in detail, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
• Set up tables, serve food and beverages, and clear/clean tables with a friendly yet discreet approach.
• Control usage of all food and beverage items and service equipment.
• Communicate guest orders, special requests, and dietary needs to the kitchen using the hotel’s POS system.
• Coordinate with the Culinary Team to ensure timely and impeccable service.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent proficiency in English.

Required skills

• POS system operation.
