Private Travel Manager - Arabic speaking

About the role

We are seeking a Private Travel Manager who is fluent in Arabic and English to design and deliver exclusive travel experiences for high‑net‑worth clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, building deep relationships and ensuring every journey reflects the unique preferences of our members.

Key responsibilities

• Design bespoke luxury itineraries for high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Maintain and grow strong relationships with private members, family offices, and key stakeholders.
• Attract new clients through networking, promotion of services, and leveraging existing contacts.
• Plan, host, and attend events that showcase our travel offerings.
• Collaborate with product, concierge, destination specialists, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Stay up‑to‑date with luxury travel trends and continuously improve service quality.
• Develop and expand partnerships with Destination Management Companies for premium on‑ground service.

Required profile

• Exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proven experience as a Travel Manager or Travel Consultant serving high‑net‑worth or luxury clients.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment while maintaining service excellence.
• Strong networking abilities and a track record of client acquisition.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
