PRO Assistant

About the role

The PRO Assistant will support Prime FM’s immigration and visa operations in Dubai. The role ensures smooth processing of employee visas, Emirates ID applications, medical fitness tests and related documentation while maintaining compliance with UAE labour and immigration regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate visa applications, renewals, cancellations and status updates.
• Coordinate Emirates ID appointments, typing procedures and medical screening schedules for staff.
• Track visa, passport and Emirates ID expiry dates using Excel tracking tools to avoid penalties.
• Liaise with UAE government entities such as ICP, GDRFA, Amer centres and MOHRE for approvals and documentation.
• Prepare, draft and translate official government paperwork, ensuring accurate Arabic typing.
• Maintain organized physical and digital archives of immigration records and company licences.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on PRO experience in the UAE.
• Minimum High School/Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Strong Arabic typing ability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and MS PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ICP, GDRFA, Amer and MOHRE portals.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to follow up effectively.
