About the role
The Finance Shared Service in the Middle East is seeking a Receptionist/Facility Executive to join its Dubai office. The role combines front‑office administration with facilities management responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, welcome visitors, issue passes and maintain visitor logs.
- Handle front‑office tasks such as mail distribution, courier services, meeting‑room coordination and email monitoring.
- Oversee indirect procurement (hotels, travel, rental cars) and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Conduct regular facility checks, audits and ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental and SLA requirements.
- Support budget forecasting, cost control and coordinate with IT for access‑control management.
Required profile
- Degree in administration or related field.
- 2‑5 years of experience in a professional office environment, preferably in a multinational company.
- High integrity, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office tools.
- Experience handling a switchboard.
