Process & Compliance Manager – Automotive Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Process & Compliance Manager to support the finance transformation agenda across Al‑Futtaim Automotive’s UAE and overseas operations. The role works closely with Finance, IT and business teams to enhance ERP systems, strengthen process governance and improve controls.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and enhancement of ERP systems from a finance process and compliance perspective.
• Partner with IT and business teams to design and execute system improvements and ensure smooth delivery of upgrades.
• Build strong process knowledge across automotive operations including new and used vehicles, parts, service, leasing, finance integration, treasury, tax and reporting.
• Review current business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reduce cost and improve service delivery.
• Ensure processes and systems comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and develop dashboards and early‑warning reports to identify risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years supporting SAP or other ERP processes.
• Strong understanding of finance operating systems, ERP processes and business process controls.
• Analytical and process‑oriented mindset with ability to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Experience in automotive, retail or similar complex business environment is preferred.
