Process Excellence & Change Lead

About the role

The Process Excellence & Change Lead owns a portfolio of end‑to‑end processes, from discovery and mapping through redesign, implementation and benefits realisation. The role blends process engineering with change leadership to ensure every redesign is adopted and its value measured across multiple facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Map and assess current‑state processes using BPMN 2.0, identifying inefficiencies, variation and root causes.
• Design future‑state processes with Lean and Six Sigma, develop SOPs, controls, KPIs and define role changes.
• Partner with facility leadership and frontline teams to assess operational impact and ensure readiness.
• Coordinate change communications, role‑based training and train‑the‑trainer activities, monitoring adoption.
• Monitor post‑implementation performance, address KPI exceptions and roll out successful improvements.
• Track and demonstrate measurable capacity, cost, productivity and revenue benefits.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Health Administration, Nursing/Clinical Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in process excellence, continuous improvement or business transformation, including at least 3 years delivering process redesign and change adoption in a multi‑site healthcare or service environment.
