Process Operator – UHT Dairy & Juice Production

About the role

NFPC is seeking a Process Operator to manage Ultra High Temperature (UHT) processing for dairy and juice products. The role ensures safe, high‑quality production of milk, flavored milk, juices and nectars while complying with strict food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor UHT treatment systems and Aseptic (Al Safe) tanks according to approved procedures.
• Complete pre‑ and post‑operation checklists daily and report any deviations.
• Record UHT parameters every 30 minutes, identify abnormalities, and take corrective action, including temporary production stoppage.
• Perform Cleaning‑In‑Place (CIP) operations and routine equipment care as defined in SOPs.
• Maintain full compliance with HACCP, GMP, health & safety, and personal hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in dairy manufacturing or food processing.
• Hands‑on experience with Tetra Pak Master (TPM) systems and product mixing procedures.
