Procurement and Finance Coordinator

About the role

The Procurement and Finance Coordinator will be the operational backbone for purchasing, vendor onboarding, and finance coordination within a fast‑moving technology startup. You will ensure that procurement processes are swift, compliant, and transparent, supporting the delivery of an AI‑enabled decision‑support platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full PR‑to‑PO lifecycle: creation support, approval follow‑up, and status tracking.
• Maintain vendor onboarding packs, including KYC, banking, compliance documents, and NDAs.
• Support contract and SOW logistics: consolidate inputs, manage version control, and route for legal review.
• Track procurement pipeline, highlighting lead times, blockers, risks, and escalations.
• Monitor commitments and spend against budget by team, project, and cost category.
• Coordinate invoice flow: PO matching, delivery confirmation, approvals, and payment follow‑up.
• Prepare audit evidence packs with approval trails, quotes, and correspondence.
• Assist recruiting operations with onboarding readiness, equipment, and access requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement operations, finance operations, or PMO functions.
• Experience in technology, R&D, or startup environments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a flexible, solution‑oriented startup mode.
