Procurement and Logistics Specialist (Facilities) – Emiratisation

About the role

The Procurement & Logistics Specialist will supervise and support a team of procurement professionals, ensuring best practices in Customer and Supplier Relationship Management while sourcing, evaluating and negotiating high‑value commodities and services.

Key responsibilities

• Use the Procurement Support System (PSS) to monitor supplier compliance, manage contract libraries and ensure proper record retention.
• Supervise sourcing, pre‑qualification and evaluation of suppliers, and authorise supply orders and contracts up to AED 10,000.
• Prepare tender documents, lead cross‑functional teams in negotiations, and advise senior stakeholders on commercial and risk considerations.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks, conduct feasibility studies and implement CRM/SRM programs across multiple commodity groups.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Finance, Engineering or an MBA.
• 3+ years of procurement experience (non‑airport) with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as MCIPS, CIPS, CPP, CSMP, CPSM or similar.
