About the role

Dubai Holding is creating a talent pool for future opportunities within its Procurement, Contracts & Commercial function. Candidates will be considered for a range of roles as they become available across sourcing, tendering, contract administration and commercial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Support sourcing, tendering and contract administration activities.
• Manage commercial evaluations, cost analysis and procurement governance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contractual frameworks.
• Assist in supplier performance monitoring and cost‑optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in procurement, contracts or commercial environments.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to process compliance.
