About the role
The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for managing procurement activities, coordinating with suppliers and internal departments, and ensuring the timely purchase of materials and services to support project and cost‑control requirements. The role plays a critical part in maintaining supply continuity and supporting the organization’s financial objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify material and service needs.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms.
- Track purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and policies.
- Support cost‑control initiatives and project requirements.
- Monitor order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
