About the role
Fisher HR is recruiting a Procurement Engineer in Dubai. The role covers sourcing and evaluation, price and order negotiations, and coordination with engineering and project teams.
Key responsibilities
- Sourcing and evaluation: prepare RFQs and request quotations from approved vendors, evaluate technical and commercial offers and prepare bid comparisons.
- Negotiation and order management: negotiate prices, terms and delivery schedules with suppliers, issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordination and compliance: work with engineering and project teams on specifications and material requirements, and ensure compliance with client procurement requirements and approved vendor lists.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Oil and gas procurement experience.
- Experience working with a major national oil and gas operator.
Required skills
- Strong negotiation skills.
