Procurement Executive (Indirect Procurement)

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Procurement Executive to manage end‑to‑end procurement of general and indirect materials and services for multiple internal departments in a large industrial manufacturing setup in Ras Al Khaimah.

Key responsibilities

• Manage indirect procurement for general materials, consumables and services across Administration, HR, Logistics, Finance, IT, Facilities and other support functions.
• Process purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders in SAP and ensure timely delivery while maintaining cost efficiency and quality.
• Source new suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate terms and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
• Monitor supplier performance on quality, delivery, pricing and service levels, and resolve any issues.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, contracts, quotations and purchase documentation.
• Generate procurement reports, spend analysis and purchasing KPIs for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
• 3–6 years of procurement experience in manufacturing, industrial or FMCG environments, with mandatory indirect/general procurement exposure.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP is essential.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management and analytical abilities.
• UAE procurement experience and familiarity with local suppliers is preferred.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
