Procurement Executive – Interior Fit-Out

About the role

Black Pearl Consult is looking for a proactive and experienced Procurement Executive to manage procurement for interior fit-out projects in Dubai. The role covers sourcing materials and subcontractors, evaluating quotations, negotiating commercial terms and making sure procurement and delivery stay on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Review project drawings, BOQs and specifications to define procurement needs
• Solicit quotations from approved suppliers and subcontractors and prepare technical and commercial comparisons
• Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules
• Prepare purchase orders (LPOs) and subcontract documents per company procedure
• Coordinate with project, design and site teams on material specs and timing
• Track deliveries against project timelines and maintain the supplier database and procurement records
• Support cost control by finding competitive suppliers and cost-saving options
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements, and prepare procurement reports

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, Supply Chain or a related field
• 3-5 years of procurement experience in interior fit-out or construction projects in the UAE
• Experience with interior fit-out contractors highly preferred
• Good knowledge of fit-out materials such as joinery, gypsum, glass, flooring, metal, finishes and MEP items
• Ability to read drawings and BOQs, and strong negotiation and supplier management skills

Required skills

• Familiarity with procurement documentation (RFQs, comparative statements, LPOs)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement tracking systems
• Strong organisation, time management and communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced project environment
