Procurement Executive

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to lead the acquisition of goods and services for our real‑estate and facility‑management projects. The successful candidate will ensure timely, cost‑effective purchasing while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and services required for projects.
• Evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and secure cost‑effective purchasing.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in line with project specifications.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular reports.
• Review contracts, purchase agreements, and technical specifications before issuing orders.
• Resolve procurement‑related issues such as delivery delays, quality concerns, and supplier disputes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Procurement Executive or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Mandatory experience in the real‑estate or facility‑management sector.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE supplier and contractor market.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems.
