Real Estate Sales Agent – Sharjah

About the role

Muwaileh Commercial is seeking a motivated real estate sales professional to handle inbound enquiries, showcase properties and close deals in the fast‑growing Muwaileh and Sharjah areas.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads, follow up with prospective buyers and tenants, and chase quieter prospects.
• Conduct property viewings, answering detailed questions about parking, commute, building management and other client concerns.
• Negotiate terms between buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants while maintaining professionalism.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and ensure consistent follow‑up to maximise conversion.
• Work towards monthly sales targets collaboratively with the team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in real estate and/or sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and/or English.
• Customer‑service orientation with patience and responsiveness.
• Self‑discipline and ability to follow up without reminders.
• Professional appearance and presentation.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the Sharjah/Muwaileh property market.
• Experience using property listing platforms and basic CRM tools.
