Procurement & Logistics Executive

About the role

Nordic Homeworx, the exclusive distributor of Kährs flooring in the UAE, is looking for a Procurement & Logistics Executive to manage the end‑to‑end supply chain for residential and commercial projects. You will ensure that materials are sourced competitively, imported efficiently, stored safely and delivered on time to project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee procurement of products and services, review and approve purchase orders, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including sea, air and road freight, and coordinate international and local shipments.
• Prepare and verify import/export documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor shipment progress, resolve delays, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to control receiving, storage, stock accuracy and dispatch of materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve purchasing efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months of experience in procurement, logistics or supply‑chain functions.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams such as sales, projects, finance and warehouse.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with import‑export procedures and customs regulations.
