About the role
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the acquisition of construction materials, equipment and services for projects in Dubai. The role will coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure timely delivery and cost‑effective sourcing.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end procurement of construction materials, equipment and services.
- Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare and manage RFQs, quotations, comparison sheets and purchase orders.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms and commercial conditions.
- Maintain strong relationships with UAE suppliers and vendors.
- Coordinate with Project, Commercial, Engineering, Finance and Site teams.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, costs and lead times.
Required profile
- Proven experience in procurement within the UAE construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and the UAE supplier market.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor‑management skills.
- Solid commercial and cost‑control understanding.
- Ability to manage procurement requirements across multiple projects.
