Procurement Manager – Contract Management & Outsourced Services

About the role

The client, a UAE‑based managed services provider, is seeking a commercially‑minded Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, contract management and supplier performance for outsourced services. This senior role involves direct interaction with suppliers, clients and internal sales and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing strategies, RFQs, RFPs and tender evaluations for outsourced services.
• Develop service contracts and statements of work with Legal and Operations, manage contract registers, renewals and amendments.
• Maintain strategic supplier relationships, conduct scorecards, drive improvement plans and resolve escalated issues.
• Lead client meetings, present proposals, identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities and negotiate pricing and scope changes.
• Report on savings, spend, risk and ensure procurement governance and ethical sourcing.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of procurement, sourcing or contract management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven client‑facing experience in outsourced or professional services with strong negotiation and upselling track record.
• Excellent commercial judgment, executive presence and fluent written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or related field; CIPS/MCIPS preferred.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market is a strong advantage.
