Procurement Manager - FMCG & Food & Beverage

About the role

A Procurement Manager is needed in the UAE to lead end-to-end procurement for FMCG and Food & Beverage categories. The role drives cost optimization, manages supplier relationships and ensures smooth supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for FMCG and Food & Beverage categories
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to secure favourable terms and pricing
• Oversee supplier performance, evaluate suppliers and implement improvements
• Run day-to-day procurement operations using ERP software modules
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast requirements and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery
• Implement cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement programmes
• Work with supply chain, finance and operations teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations and ethical standards
• Prepare and present procurement reports, KPIs and analyses to senior management

Required profile

• 5-7 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally in FMCG or food and beverages
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Eligibility to work in the UAE
• Preferred: CIPS or CPSM certification, international sourcing experience, fluency in English and Arabic, MBA or master's degree
