Procurement Manager – Zabeel House The Greens

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Manager to join Zabeel House The Greens, a vibrant hotel within Jumeirah’s portfolio in Dubai. The role focuses on developing procurement strategies, leading sourcing activities and supporting the hotel’s financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and budgets.
• Lead sourcing activities, tendering (RFP/RFQ) and supplier selection processes.
• Ensure competitive bidding and transparency across procurement activities.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and optimise spend.
• Manage procurement budgets and track savings versus forecasts.
• Support EBITDA improvements through effective sourcing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5‑8+ years of procurement experience, preferably in hospitality or a corporate environment.
• Strong experience in sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Knowledge of ERP/procurement systems such as Oracle or SAP.
