Procurement Officer – Automotive Industry (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Procurement Officer to join our automotive operations in Dubai. The role focuses on securing the right parts and materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost‑effective purchasing to support uninterrupted production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business needs.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for price, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely receipt of goods.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, and Finance to avoid production delays.
• Assess supplier performance, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with internal procurement policies.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive purchasing efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven procurement experience in the automotive or technical sector.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of purchasing processes, documentation, and supplier management.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Currently residing in Dubai/UAE and available to join immediately.
