Procurement Officer – Healthcare (Multiple Domains)

About the role

A leading healthcare institution in Abu Dhabi is hiring three experienced Procurement Officers to reinforce its purchasing function across medical equipment, non‑clinical supplies, and IT solutions. The roles will manage both operational and strategic procurement activities, supporting the organization’s growth and compliance objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle from requisition through sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier management.
• Ensure all purchases comply with internal policies, regulatory standards, and healthcare‑specific requirements.
• Conduct market analyses to identify cost‑saving opportunities and support CAPEX planning where applicable.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships across assigned categories.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill procurement needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of procurement experience, preferably within healthcare or a comparable environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following: medical equipment & CAPEX, non‑clinical supplies, or IT procurement.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities.
