Procurement Representative

About the role

Ecolab is seeking a Procurement Representative to support procurement activities across the Middle East and Pakistan region. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, tollers, vendors, planners, finance and supply chain teams to manage sourcing, pricing, vendor onboarding and invoice resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate toller activities across the region, including commercial follow‑up, pricing control and relationship management.
• Support raw material and packaging material pricing control, conduct quarterly pricing reviews and update systems.
• Conduct RFQs for quarterly purchase requirements and ad‑hoc sourcing needs, covering commodity and packaging requirements.
• Handle local planning requirements for re‑labeling and packaging.
• Own the end‑to‑end vendor creation process, including ERP registration and documentation.
• Support resolution of vendor payment delays, blocked invoices and invoice corrections in coordination with finance.
• Track working‑capital activities such as DPO and DSO, improving vendor experience and internal efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain or vendor management.
• Proven ability to manage RFQs, pricing follow‑ups, vendor coordination and internal stakeholder communication.
• Strong attention to detail in pricing updates, ERP data, vendor documentation and invoice resolution.
• Ability to work under high‑stakes, short‑deadline situations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook.
