Procurement & Sourcing Specialist - Interior Fit-Out & FF&E

About the role

A well-established company in Dubai, specialising in interior fit-out, FF&E, bespoke manufacturing and construction-related solutions, is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Procurement & Sourcing Specialist. The role manages procurement enquiries from specification review through supplier sourcing, quotations, commercial negotiations and cost comparisons, and requires strong knowledge of the UAE supplier market and experience in commercial interior projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse client enquiries, architectural drawings, technical specifications, BOQs and project requirements.
• Build relationships with local and international manufacturers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, follow up with suppliers and obtain detailed, competitive quotations.
• Sourcing bespoke products such as custom joinery, furniture, metalwork, stone, lighting and finishes, and standard FF&E products.
• Evaluate quotations from fit-out, civil works, MEP and specialist subcontractors and prepare cost comparisons, budgets and evaluation sheets.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules and commercial terms, and identify alternative materials and solutions.
• Coordinate with design, technical, estimation and project management teams, and maintain a supplier database.

Required profile

• Minimum 2-5 years of procurement, sourcing or estimation experience in interior fit-out, FF&E, hospitality or luxury interiors.
• Mandatory B2B experience in commercial interior projects, preferably hotels, hospitality or restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market for interior materials, FF&E suppliers and bespoke manufacturers.
• Proven experience sourcing custom joinery, metalwork, stone, furniture and decorative lighting.
• Preferred: experience as an interior fit-out contractor, FF&E procurement company, hospitality supplier or design-and-build business, and supplier contacts across the UAE and international markets (Europe, Turkey, China).

• Reading architectural drawings, BOQs, specifications and technical documentation.
• Quotation analysis, cost comparison and negotiation.
• Microsoft Excel and standard procurement documentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
