Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Specialist will be based on‑site in Dubai and will manage end‑to‑end purchasing activities to support Warrior Group’s adventure construction and hospitality projects. The role ensures timely sourcing, ordering and delivery of materials and services while aligning with project schedules and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Source and qualify suppliers, obtain and compare quotations, and prepare purchase orders.
• Support contract negotiations to secure favourable terms, pricing and service levels.
• Monitor supplier performance, maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with quality and budget requirements.
• Collaborate with project, operations, finance and logistics teams to align purchasing decisions with overall project goals.
• Analyse market trends, identify cost‑saving opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Required profile

• Proven procurement and purchasing experience with hands‑on purchase order management.
• Experience in supplier evaluation, performance monitoring and relationship management.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, compare bids and assess total cost of ownership.
• Background in construction, real estate development, hospitality or related project‑based industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to work on‑site in Dubai and manage multiple priorities.
