Product and Pricing Specialist (Automotive Aftermarket)

About the role

Our client, a multinational company based in Dubai, is seeking a Product and Pricing Specialist to drive product portfolio management, pricing strategy, and new product introduction within the Automotive Aftermarket business. The role combines strong analytical capabilities with commercial insight to influence growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise product portfolios to support business growth and profitability.
• Develop, implement and maintain pricing strategies based on market insights, customer requirements and business objectives.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring effective planning and execution.
• Conduct pricing and product analyses to identify opportunities, trends and business improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain and finance teams to align initiatives.
• Prepare reports, business cases and recommendations for management review.
• Monitor product performance and provide actionable insights for decision‑making.
• Champion continuous improvement and challenge existing processes where appropriate.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of product management and/or pricing management experience in the Automotive Aftermarket industry.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders.
