Product Designer (E-commerce)

About the role

Landmark Digital, the digital arm of Landmark Group serving eight retail brands across the Middle East, is hiring a Product Designer based in Dubai. You will design end-to-end e-commerce experiences across mobile apps, mobile web and desktop, working with product owners, engineers and brand stakeholders so that work is measured by real outcomes. The role suits a mid-level designer; strong juniors with sharp thinking and a hunger to grow will also be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design of your assigned product area, from problem framing and research through wireframes, prototyping, visual design and developer handoff.
• Design across mobile apps, mobile web and desktop, with full RTL (Arabic) and LTR support.
• Turn business goals and user needs into conversion-focused interfaces.
• Partner with product owners and engineers to ship work that moves metrics.
• Contribute to and evolve the multi-brand design system in Figma.
• Use data, analytics and experimentation results to iterate on designs.
• Take part in regular design critiques and stay curious about how AI can improve the design process.

Required profile

• 2-5 years of product, UX or UI design experience, ideally in e-commerce or consumer digital products.
• A portfolio showing real problem-solving and shipped work.
• Experience with transactional flows, checkout or payment experiences is a plus; fintech exposure is welcome.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional teams and with product and engineering.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Strong Figma, including components, auto layout and prototyping.
• Interaction design, information architecture and responsive design.
• Nice to have: RTL/bilingual design, design systems at scale, A/B testing, and basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS).
