Product Designer

About the role

This is a full‑time remote position for a Product Designer based in the United Arab Emirates. You will shape products from early problem definition through launch and iteration, working closely with product and engineering teams across web, mobile, widgets, and user‑facing portals.

Key responsibilities

• Own product design initiatives end‑to‑end, from problem definition and solution exploration to validation, delivery, launch, and post‑launch iteration.
• Design across multiple surfaces, including desktop web applications, native iOS/Android experiences, embeddable widgets, and user portals.
• Create and maintain high‑quality Figma libraries, components, Auto Layout structures, variables, and design‑system patterns.
• Develop interactive prototypes and collaborate closely with engineering throughout implementation, reviewing builds and managing design drift.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, incorporating feedback into product decisions and design improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional product design experience, preferably in SaaS or software applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, variables, prototyping, and Dev Mode.
• Strong product judgment and ability to work independently in a distributed environment with at least 4 hours overlap with the core team.
• Excellent written and asynchronous communication skills.
