Product Development Manager – Fragrance

About the role

Huda Beauty is seeking a driven Product Development Manager to lead the creation of new fragrance products. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Development and working closely with the Founder, you will shape the fragrance portfolio from concept through launch.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and translate beauty and fragrance trends into viable product concepts.
• Track new ingredients, claims, and competitive activity to inspire innovative ideas.
• Develop detailed product briefs for suppliers, including target claims and innovative ingredients.
• Evaluate scent, technology, and texture submissions from suppliers and present findings internally.
• Manage supplier communication, ensuring revisions meet desired performance and attributes.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally and internationally to move ideas from conception to market launch.

Required profile

• Passion for beauty and fragrance with a strong sense of scent and texture.
• Minimum four years (48 months) of relevant product development experience.
• Ability to work onsite in the United Arab Emirates and coordinate with global teams.
