Product Lead - Digital Platforms

About the role

An established, institutional-backed digital venture studio in the UAE is looking for an experienced Product Lead to direct the product strategy and delivery of national-scale digital platforms. The studio sits between private-sector agility and large-scale public infrastructure, building high-throughput platforms that power statutory workflows, multi-party transactional ecosystems and unified citizen and business services. You will own a flagship product portfolio end-to-end.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision, multi-quarter roadmaps and measurable business outcomes across complex transactional and civic platforms.
• Drive platform convergence by modularizing core services into a multi-tenant framework for rapid, off-the-shelf expansion across regions.
• Act as lead product authority in steering committees, executive working groups and regulatory forums with senior public-sector and enterprise stakeholders.
• Translate regulatory policies, compliance requirements and market dynamics into user journeys, PRDs and prioritized engineering backlogs.
• Lead AI-enabled modernization, embedding machine learning, automated verification and agentic workflows into live, high-volume flows.
• Maintain product standards for delivery velocity, uptime, incident resolution, SLAs and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional work across Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Operations and external enterprise API integrations.

Required profile

• 10+ years of digital product management experience shipping and scaling large-scale enterprise or platform solutions.
• Experience leading products in government digital services, GovTech, civic technology or heavily regulated environments such as Asset-Tech, PropTech, RegTech, FinTech or statutory licensing.
• Track record steering governance committees, public-private partnerships (B2G/G2G) or regulatory approval processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems or a related field; Product Management or Agile certifications preferred.
