Product Manager - Administration & Governance

About the role

Supabase, the Postgres development platform, is hiring a Product Manager for its Administration & Governance area. The role sits in the Product Team and makes Supabase the default starting point for software built inside a company, so that IT can see what is running, who owns it and what it costs. The position is full-time and remote, open to candidates worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for internal innovation, from the first IT-approved rollout to adoption across teams and business units.
• Make getting started self-service, whether through Supabase, an internal developer portal or with an agent, giving builders access and infrastructure without a ticket for every project.
• Steer scattered usage into a single company-wide platform, defining ownership, delegated access and boundaries.
• Partner with platform, IT, security and finance teams to turn their approval needs into identity, policy, audit and spend controls.
• Define the path from experiment to production, including project ownership, access and guardrails.
• Work with Engineering, Design, Sales and Customer Success to turn early customer rollouts into a repeatable experience.
• Define success metrics, instrument them end to end and let the data guide the next priorities.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management on developer tools, infrastructure or internal developer platforms.
• Experience building self-service products that developers love and platform or IT teams trust.
• Ability to reason about identity, permissions, organization boundaries and usage attribution and turn them into understandable workflows.
• A strong point of view on how agents change who can build software inside a company.
• Comfort with controlled experimentation and data analysis, and a bias toward shipping, learning and iterating.
• Willingness to work async by default in a fully remote team, making decisions in writing.
