Product Manager – AI‑Driven Security Solutions

About the role

As the Product Manager for AI‑driven security products at spiderSilk, you will shape the vision, strategy and roadmap of cutting‑edge solutions that protect organisations against evolving digital threats. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to turn complex security challenges into products that customers love.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for AI‑driven security products, aligning with company objectives and customer needs.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Threat Intelligence and Go‑to‑Market teams to define, prioritize and deliver features from concept through launch.
• Translate customer pain points, market signals and threat‑landscape insights into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Make data‑informed prioritisation decisions, balancing customer value, technical effort and business impact.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery and validation through delivery, iteration and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Threat Intelligence and Security Research to keep products ahead of evolving threats.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to drive successful launches and strong product adoption.
• Define, track and report on product metrics and KPIs to measure success and guide future decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Manager building technical or B2B software products (e.g., cybersecurity, AI, SaaS or infrastructure).
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and modern agile delivery practices.
• Ability to translate complex technical and security concepts into clear requirements and priorities.
• Experience managing a product roadmap and prioritising competing demands in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across technical and business teams.
• Comfort working with data and analytics to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
• Strong understanding of the technical and security landscape across global markets.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a bias for action.
