Product Manager

About the role

The Product Manager is responsible for defining, prioritising and accepting work generated by the team to ensure the product delivers the most valuable functionality. This role collaborates closely with UX designers, development teams and stakeholders to deliver the right features at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product backlog, groom stories, ensure they meet the definition of ready and have clear acceptance criteria before each sprint.
• Prioritise backlog items in line with product vision, client needs and market trends.
• Liaise between business and development teams to deliver continuous value and monitor performance.
• Review visual designs from UX, test cases from QA and represent the company in client meetings.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, conduct competitor analysis and recommend best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a business analyst, QA, product owner, UX designer or architect, preferably in the aviation domain.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile/SCRUM methodology.
• Proven track record of on‑time delivery and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Certified SCRUM Master or Professional Certified Product Owner (optional).
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Slack and JIRA.
• Experience writing user stories, business requirements and reviewing test cases.
• Good understanding of UI/UX design principles and software testing.
