Product Manager Mobile App Portfolio

About the role

Etihad is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of its Mobile App portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, Digital, you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of customer‑facing mobile experiences and work closely with technology, UX, analytics and business teams to drive innovative, data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Etihad’s mobile applications.
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery, prioritisation, delivery, launch and continuous optimisation.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, architecture and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, scalable mobile experiences.
• Drive Agile delivery, managing priorities, dependencies, risks and release planning.
• Leverage customer insights, analytics, market trends and competitive benchmarking to inform decisions.
• Monitor product KPIs, adoption, engagement and feedback to continuously improve the experience.
• Manage third‑party vendors and technology partners to ensure successful delivery and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years managing mobile app products at scale.
• Proven track record launching and growing customer‑facing iOS and Android applications.
• Experience in the airline or travel industry.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including SAFe and Scrum.
