Product Manager - Money Movement

About the role

Fasset is looking for a Product Manager to own its Money Movement product surface, including payment rails (on‑ramps, off‑ramps, pay‑ins, payouts) and the underlying infrastructure that moves funds, settles, reconciles and manages liquidity. The role reports to the Head of Product and combines product ownership with operational execution across emerging‑market corridors.

Key responsibilities

• Define and scale the fund‑movement infrastructure, turning spreadsheet‑based settlement, reconciliation, liquidity and treasury flows into robust, automated systems.
• Build payments operations from the ground up, establishing settlement cycles, reconciliation cadence, transaction processing and exception handling.
• Ensure alignment with the shared Own Network API layer, avoiding duplicate architectures and feeding decisions into the common money‑movement platform.
• Introduce AI‑native execution to replace manual reconciliation processes and accelerate delivery.
• Navigate jurisdictional and regulatory constraints across emerging‑market corridors, customizing infrastructure where needed.

Required profile

• 4+ years (senior) or 7+ years (lead) of product management experience in fintech or high‑growth payments.
• Proven track record shipping payment rails such as on‑ramps, off‑ramps, ACH, SWIFT, wire or card acquiring across multiple PSP or banking partners.
• Hands‑on experience owning settlement, reconciliation and treasury processes as well as customer‑facing payment flows.
• Ability to analyse corridor unit economics, fees and FX spreads to make strategic trade‑offs.
• Direct experience negotiating or managing partner‑bank or PSP relationships without an intermediary.
