Product Manager - Payments

About the role

Landmark Digital, the digital arm of Landmark Group, is looking for a Payments Product Manager to own and evolve the payment experience across its seven flagship retail brands in the GCC. You will shape the payments roadmap, drive optimisation of the checkout funnel and ensure high reliability and conversion across multiple payment methods.

Key responsibilities

• Define, prioritise and deliver payment initiatives (cards, wallets, COD, BNPL) from discovery through release, coordinating with engineering, finance, legal and external payment partners.
• Analyse payment funnel metrics, identify failure patterns and work with technical teams to improve payment success rate and overall checkout conversion.
• Manage relationships with PSPs, acquirers and BNPL providers, handling integrations, incidents and continuous performance improvements.
• Support localisation of payment methods across GCC markets, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and authentication requirements.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management or product ownership experience, with at least 2 years focused on payments, fintech or e‑commerce checkout.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with SQL or similar data tools to investigate payment performance.
• Hands‑on experience with payment gateways, PSPs, acquirers and BNPL providers, preferably within GCC markets.
