Product Manager – Retail Digital

About the role

The Product Owner will manage daily ownership, roadmap and continuous optimisation of the Akeneo PIM system while supporting the eCommerce platform (Kibo Commerce/Shopify) and the HCL DX CMS. This role bridges business needs and technical delivery across GCC and Asian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Akeneo PIM product backlog, roadmap, data models, families, attributes, categories and enrichment workflows.
• Support the eCommerce platform teams (Kibo, Shopify) on catalog, merchandising and content publishing flows from PIM to storefronts and apps.
• Manage CMS content and configuration through HCL DX, ensuring consistent product and campaign content across brands and locales.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing and external technology partners, translating business requirements into technical specifications and overseeing integrations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product ownership or product management experience in eCommerce or digital retail.
• Hands‑on experience with a PIM platform, preferably Akeneo, including data modelling, attributes, families and automation rules.
• Proficiency with eCommerce platforms such as Kibo, Shopify or similar headless/composable stacks.
• Solid understanding of product/solution architecture and system integrations, including SAP, APIs and middleware.
