Product Manager – Structured Products

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development, pricing, execution and lifecycle management of Structured Products for its wealth management clients. The role involves identifying new product opportunities, securing approvals and collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver innovative investment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify product gaps across customer segments and design structured products that align with the bank’s house view and client needs.
• Drive the end‑to‑end product lifecycle: ideation, pricing, launch, monitoring, and replacement at maturity.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, risk and platform teams to obtain approvals and enhance distribution processes.
• Manage the structured products trade‑book, monitor for risk flags and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead project initiatives to improve desk infrastructure, automation and digitisation.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or Mathematics from a top‑tier university; postgraduate finance qualification preferred.
• Proven experience in equities, rates, FX, fixed income or structured payoff structuring within a leading bank.
• Hands‑on experience designing and pricing derivative and structured investment products across asset classes.

Required skills

• Programming and quantitative development using Java, VBA, Python, C++.
• Version control and data handling with GitHub and SQL.
