Product Manager – Voice AI

About the role

ClearGrid is seeking a Product Manager to lead its Voice AI product end‑to‑end. You will be responsible for the performance, cost and evolution of the voice stack that powers AI‑driven borrower conversations for regulated banks in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Own the voice stack performance, including quality, latency, transcription accuracy (Arabic and Gulf dialects), interruption handling and overall reliability.
• Manage voice infrastructure and capacity—STT, TTS, model routing, telephony gateways, dialing and redial—forecasting demand to avoid production constraints.
• Drive unit economics by tracking and reducing cost per minute and per connected call, making data‑driven build‑or‑buy and vendor decisions.
• Develop a central prompt and agent platform with versioning, automated validation, regression testing and rapid deployment capabilities.
• Implement production‑quality monitoring to detect and prevent failures in live agents for regulated financial clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing AI‑driven voice products or similar complex technology platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to balance performance, cost and scalability.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineering, commercial teams and banking clients.
• Experience working in regulated environments, preferably financial services.
