Product Marketing Manager – THV (EEMEA)

About the role

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) therapy across the EEMEA region. The role will translate clinical awareness into patient referrals and procedural growth, working closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in setting and owning the therapy development strategy for EEMEA THV.
• Convert market and clinical insights into actionable marketing plans.
• Define and measure the impact of referrals on procedure volume.
• Manage the therapy development budget to ensure ROI.
• Develop annual referral plans for Israel, the Balkans, Eastern Europe, and South Africa.
• Design activation initiatives for patients, general cardiologists, and referring physicians.
• Lead cross‑functional alignment with Medical Affairs and Sales.
• Build regional patient‑advocacy partnerships and represent therapy development at external forums.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
• Background in sales, marketing, or the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record in therapy development, market development, or commercial strategy.
