Product Marketing Specialist – Real World Assets

About the role

Bybit is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to lead the promotion and rollout of Real World Asset (RWA) products through traditional finance channels. You will act as the bridge between crypto‑focused solutions and established financial institutions, helping to expand Bybit’s product suite in the institutional market.

Key responsibilities

• Engage brokerages, asset managers and other institutional clients to integrate RWA products into their recommendation pipelines.
• Develop deep knowledge of client structures, compliance requirements and product preferences to craft targeted channel strategies.
• Plan and execute promotional activities such as roadshows, co‑branded events and institutional‑focused sessions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Asset, BD, Compliance, Marketing, Regional) to ensure seamless execution of channel initiatives.
• Manage the full lifecycle of partnerships—from proposal and execution to post‑partnership performance review.
• Track and analyse channel metrics (client acquisition, conversion rate, AUM contribution, institutional engagement) and continuously optimise the strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in product marketing, business development or partnership management within finance.
• Proven ability to work with traditional financial institutions and navigate compliance landscapes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a results‑oriented mindset.
