Product Officer – Wealth Management (UAE National Only)

About the role

The Emirates Islamic Wealth Management unit focuses on developing and managing tailored wealth solutions for High‑Net‑Worth Individuals. It offers a diversified range of Shariah‑compliant investment products across multiple asset classes, including Sukuk, funds, equities, and structured products, and works closely with sales channels and internal stakeholders to enhance its product proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and enhancement of Wealth Management products, services, and customer propositions.
• Coordinate with Shariah, Legal, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to obtain required approvals.
• Support the development and implementation of new investment products based on business and customer needs.
• Liaise with Operations and Back Office teams to ensure smooth booking and processing of investment transactions.
• Conduct business testing for new processes and system enhancements, resolve product‑related queries, and maintain procedural documents.

Required profile

• Postgraduate qualification, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Three to five years of financial‑services experience, with exposure to investment products and project management.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, including Sukuk, funds, equities, and structured products.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
