Product Owner – UX

About the role

The Product team at Revolut shapes the experiences that power our financial platform. We are looking for a Product Owner who will own the roadmap, drive day‑to‑day operations, and guide a feature from conception through launch and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Set team goals, success metrics and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Drive impact using data analysis, market research and strategic insight.
• Own the product end‑to‑end – ideation, development, launch, growth and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with Design and UX teams to craft the customer journey.
• Liaise with Engineering to ensure effective delivery of features.
• Partner with Marketing, Legal, Strategy and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience at a high‑growth tech company or in banking/finance (payments, investments, crypto, insurance, etc.).
• 2+ years proven success leading consumer‑facing mobile products.
• 1+ years experience managing people.
• Outstanding communication skills and an eye for great UX/UI.
• Strong analytical acumen and solid business sense for ROI‑based prioritisation.
• Experience formulating a focused product vision and owning the narrative with leadership and partners.
• Track record of leading product development and launch from scratch.
• Ability to deliver measurable results in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
