Product Sales Manager – Medical Devices (UAE)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Sales Manager to lead the UAE market for multinational medical‑device implants in cardiology and neurovascular specialties. The role is based in Dubai and focuses on driving sales, building key hospital relationships and supporting product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow UAE sales for the assigned implant portfolio.
• Develop key hospital and physician accounts.
• Drive product adoption and new business development.
• Manage KOL relationships and clinical activities.
• Achieve annual sales and revenue targets.
• Support product launches and market development.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in medical‑device sales.
• Experience in cardiology, neurovascular or neurology implants.
• Pharmacist or biomedical engineer background preferred.
• Experience with multinational or international medical‑device companies.
• Strong relationships with hospitals, cath labs, interventional cardiologists, neurologists and procurement teams.
• Proven sales and business‑development track record.
• Arabic speaker preferred.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
• Immediate joiner or short‑notice availability preferred.
